Ready for Rally Estonia 2020?
Monday, 31 August 2020The World Rally Championship is the rally championship par excellence. The first edition dates back to 1970 and since 1979 there has been a distinction between the drivers 'world rankings and the constructors' world rankings.
Sebastien Leob is the best driver in history with a record of 9 titles, while Lancia is the best manufacturer of all time with 11 victories.
This year the WRC World Championship is ready to restart with the new stage in Estonia, the 36th country to host a WRC race.
The event will be in Tartu, the second largest city, after Tallin. The route, compared to other years, will be “lighter” from the point of view of mileage: a total of 232.64 timed kilometers, 17 stages, most of the route crossed on Saturday.
Precisely for this reason the organizers have decided to change the rules on the starting order, in order not to do a wrong and disadvantage Sebastien Ogier , who will open the dance.
The Toyota driver will start from test number one to number six, while from seven the starting order will be reversed.
